My stay at the hotel was mixed. The location was excellent, with easy access to dining and shopping, and just a short walk to the beach. However, the room was quite outdated with old furnishings and some maintenance issues. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being helpful but others uncooperative. The dining experience was average, with good Mexican food but needing improvement in some areas.

However, the rooms had a strong moldy smell and were not as depicted in the pictures, with a dirty appearance. The service was mostly helpful but had some inconsistencies, such as providing a unique lobby Wi-Fi password. The hotel is situated on the main avenue in Acapulco, La Costera, with easy access to the beach and Walmart. The dining experience needed improvement, particularly concerning the quality of coffee. On the positive side, the location offered a great view and satellite channels in the room.
